The expected shift into the Red Tier for Monterey county is coming up just in time for a special event in Pacific Grove. The Downtown Business Improvement District and the Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce, as well as the city; are working together to sponsor a March 27th shopping event….to encourage people to return to the downtown area to shop. Safety Protocols will still be in effect and volunteers are slated to be stationed throughout the downtown area to provide masks and hand sanitizer as needed.
