(19:48) SEASIDE – A man was arrested in Seaside yesterday, for carrying a loaded concealed handgun. 36 year-old Clagett Rains, who is a convicted felon, and therefore prohibited from possessing firearms, was found to have a loaded 45-caliber semi-automatic Glock handgun. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.
