(06:40) Salinas – A 28 year-old man that was shot outside a motel in Salinas last night, has succumbed to his injuries. The incident took place around 9 p.m. near Motel 6 on Kern Street. Witnesses reported that the gunman was wearing dark clothing and left the scene on foot. This is the city’s 19th homicide of 2017.
