(12:33) SANTA CRUZ – The California Highway Patrol for the Santa Cruz area is looking for applicants for its newly formed Explorer program. In order to qualify, applicants should be interested in law enforcement, be between the age of 15 and 21 years old, must have at least a 2.0 GPA, with no drug or alcohol use and no felony convictions.
