(09:45) CAPITOLA – Capitola’s Commission on the Environment and Historical Museum Board are seeking candidates to fill open seats. The Commission on the Environment has one seat for a student member. The council is seeking a member interested in improving and protecting the city’s environment, promote greenhouse gas reduction, and sustainable development. The City Council will be accepting applications until the position is filled. The museum board is seeking two new members. Candidates must have an interest in local history and applications must be submitted by June 26. Applicants for both positions must be 18 or older. (M.K.)
