(05:55) Salinas – A teenage girl was shot while she was driving in Salinas yesterday. The 16 year-old girl was shot in the upper back while she was driving with two other passengers on the 500 block of Terrace Street. The gunman is described as a Hispanic male, 30-35 years old, and was wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and carrying a semi automatic handgun. The 16 year-old victim is expected to recover. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
