(17:29) SANTA CRUZ – A Santa Cruz man was arrested after he crashed his vehicle while fleeing from law enforcement officers. Samuel Porter Battle was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on suspicion of felony evading, misdemeanor reckless driving, misdemeanor resisting arrest, misdemeanor driving without a license and a probation violation.
