(10:58) SALINAS- A Salinas man was treated for a non life threatening injury after being shot in the foot Friday night. Authorities say that the 25 year old victim was with family members outside a residence on the 100 block of Orchard Avenue, when at about 10:15 p.m. a gunman exited a passenger door of a black minivan, yelled a gang slogan and fired at least 15 shots at the group before fleeing in the minivan. The victim and relatives do not appear to have any gang ties. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Salinas police.
