(07:40) Oakland – Authorities reported that two people have been charged for involuntary manslaughter for the Oakland warehouse fire. Derick Almena and Max Harris were charged yesterday for the December 2nd warehouse fire, also known as the Ghost Ship. Authorities reported that Almena was the primary tenant and Harris was the creative director of the warehouse, and collected rent from the tenants. Harris is also accused of renting the upstairs to a dance party promoter on the night of the fire. Almena and Harris were arrested yesterday.
