(12:31) FELTON – Caltrans has announced that a project on Highway 9 may cause traffic delays this week. A one-day chip seal project between Felton and Glengarry Road on Highway 9 will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday July 8. Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control with flaggers during this project and 15-minute delays are expected. (P.S.)
