(12:51) MONTEREY- Monterey city health officials are warning swimmers to stay out of the water at Monterey Municipal Beach. . Advisories were posted after high levels of bacteria were found in water samples taken on Thursday. Advisories will remain posted until bacteria levels return to safe levels.
