(20:02) MORGAN HILL- A San Martin man was arrested in Morgan Hill last week. Authorities say that during a routine vehicle stop 34 year old Luis Abonce exhibited signs on being under the influence of narcotics. A search of the vehicle uncovered a firearm, ammunition, and illegal drugs. Abonce, a convicted felon, was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, and various drug related charges. He was booked into county jail.
