(07:24) MARINA – A Marina man has been arrested after being found in possession of firearms, drugs, and an explosive. On Tuesday, officers served a search warrant at the home of Romualdo Milan on Carpenter Court. Investigators found a Molotov cocktail, a loaded firearm, ammunition, marijuana, and methamphetamine. Milan was booked into Monterey County Jail. (S.G.)
