(06:15) Scotts Valley – The City of Scotts Valley is presenting the 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular at Skypark in Scotts Valley on Tuesday. The festivities will begin with a flyover and parade at 3 p.m. The event will feature kids games, a bounce house, climbing wall, face painting, and pony rides.
