(08:29) WATSONVILLE – A Watsonville man was arrested on gun and drug charges Thursday afternoon. Officers were patrolling the area of Rodriguez and West Beach streets around 5 p.m. when they pulled over 48-year-old Felix Cuellar Enciso. He was found to be on probation and was driving without a license. A search of the vehicle recovered methamphetamine and a loaded firearm. Enciso was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
