(08:54) SALINAS – Salinas city officials will open the application period for commercial cannabis business permits on Monday. The opening of the application period will coincide with an informational meeting regarding application guidelines. The event will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the City Council’s Rotunda. The meeting is not mandatory in order to submit an application but attendance is highly encouraged. Applications will be available on the city’s website and at the City Attorney’s Office. (S.G.)
