(19:00) SANTA CRUZ– The Santa Cruz Ebb & Flow River Arts Project is holding a parade and festival this weekend. The Kinetic Sculpture Parade features moving art pieces that will be paraded down the river walk beginning at noon. The parade will start near Felker Street and continue to the Tannery Arts Center where a celebration featuring food, music, art making, and dance is open for the public. The festival will take place until 6 p.m.
