(12:48) MONTEREY- The Monterey county organization, Legal Services for Seniors or LSS provides seniors with free legal advice. The LSS is now expanding its operations to provide south county seniors with the no cost service. An attorney will now be available for low income people over 60 years old in Greenfield and King City on Tuesday, and Gonzales and Soledad on Thursday. Common legal issues are Medicare insurance problems, guardianships landlord-tenant conflicts, consumer fraud, financial, mental and physical elder abuse, and health care directives.
