(12:18) CAPITOLA- Santa Cruz county residents are being reminded to plan ahead for their 4th of July celebrations. Party goers are being asked to remember to have a sober driver in the group or to take a bus, taxi or to use services such as UBER. Authorities are launching nine DUI enforcement teams through out the county, beginning on Wednesday, July 1st , with a DUI checkpoint in Capitola. Out of the just over 10,000 people killed in drunk driving accidents nationwide in 2013 nearly 40 percent of the fatalities occurred during the 4th of July weekend.
