(17:47) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz City Council approved city wide fine enhancements at Tuesday night’s meeting. The enhancements go into effect at 12:01 p.m. July 3rd and continue until 11:59 on the July 5th. Fines will be tripled during the enhancement times. Last year there were 90 calls made for police service, down from 130 from the year before.
