(17:48) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz harbor area is expecting large crowds on the 4th of July. Officials say that the port district will be manning checkpoints at Twin Lakes, Seabright, and The Harbor beach to ensure no illegal fireworks or banned substances make it on to the beaches.
