(07:00) Scotts Valley – The Scotts Valley Police Department announced that Scotts Valley Drive will be closed on the 4th of July for the parade. The road will be closed from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. People attending the parade are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time.
