(12:15) A Salinas man pleaded guilty to three felony counts of annoying or molesting a child. The 14-year-old victim reported to Salinas police last year, that she was being followed while walking home after school for a period of 3 days. 31-year-old Jorge Morales Pineda was taken into custody after police recovered surveillance videos, showing him following the victim. Pineda will be sentenced on Septmeber 7, to 13 years and four months in state prison
