(08:40) Salinas – A Former Salinas Councilman is expected to be sentenced this morning in a domestic abuse case. Jose Castaneda was found guilty last month on three counts involving an incident with an ex-girlfriend back in September of 2015; Among those charges were, felony kidnapping, domestic violence and stalking. Castaneda could face up to more than 9 years in state prison.
