(08:55) The National Weather Service of San Francisco and Monterey Bay has issued an excessive heat warning across inland areas. Temperatures are expected to range from the 90’s to 110 degrees. People are advised to increase water intake, limit outdoor strenuous activities, help elderly, kids and pets stay cool, wear light colored clothing and a hat, and seek air conditioned buildings.
