(06:45) GILROY – Crews put out a vegetation fire that broke out in Gilroy Monday night. The blaze was reported around 8 p.m. near Monterey Road. The fire burned about 600 feet of grass before crews got it under control. The blaze was fully contained by 10 p.m. No injuries were reported and no structures were damaged. (S.G.)
