(17:30) HOLLISTER – A portion of 4th street in Hollister was flooded for a while this (Tuesday) afternoon, after a water main break occurred underground there. 4th street remains closed between West and Powell Streets. That closure began just before 5 p.m. Crews spent several hours working to determine the exact location of the underground break, and getting the water to it turned off. The next step is to repair the line, and then do any necessary road repairs. 4th street, between West and Powell Streets may remain closed tomorrow morning.
