(22:00) SANTA CRUZ- Caltrans has begun overnight resurfacing of the Highway 1 and 17 fishhook interchange. The roadwork started last night (Sunday) on the northbound lanes of Highway 1 at the fishhook and continues there tonight (Monday). Tuesday work crews will be on southbound Highway 1 to Ocean Street. Wednesday night resurfacing of northbound lanes up to the Pastiempo exit will be underway. Motorist should expect delays of up to 30 minutes. All roadwork is scheduled to be completed by Thursday morning.
