(16:38) DAVENPORT – A man was rescued after being trapped at Panther Beach Monday afternoon, unable to swim due to a lower leg injury. The rising tide had left the man stranded. Lifeguards swam the man to safety, and say that people become stranded at Panther Beach somewhat often. Visitors are encouraged to check the tide forecast before visiting the beach. (S.S.)
