(17:02) SALINAS – A Salinas hospital is holding lifesaving classes this week. Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System will be offering 30-minute CPR and AED classes during the 7th American Heart Association CPR/AED Awareness Week. People attending can learn CPR for adults, children, and infants as well as how and when to use an Automated External Defibrillator. However, people taking this week’s classes will not earn a certificate. The classes will be taught from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the SVMH Education Center at 611 Abbot St., Suite 201.
