(10:47) KING CITY – A former King City police officer has been sentenced for brandishing a firearm. Last year, 33-year-old Jose David Hernandez entered his ex-girlfriend’s room while she was with a man. He argued with the couple while holding a loaded gun. Hernandez has been sentenced to 90 days in prison and will be required to surrender his firearms. He will also be prohibited from owning a gun for ten years. (M.K.)
