(9:14) SANTA CRUZ- A Shark was sighted off of Cowells Beach in Santa Cruz on Saturday. A life guard manning tower 1 spotted the shark thrashing in waters just inside the designated no boating zone, shortly before 6:30 p.m. An advisory ahs been posted at the beach.
