(11:01) BOULDER CREEK – San Lorenzo Valley Water District officials will be meeting Thursday to agree on a budget plan. The board will seek to adopt a plan for 2015-16 that will address this past year’s looming deficit while continuing water conservation efforts. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the district’s Operations Building in Boulder Creek. (S.G.)
