(11:30) SALINAS – The City of Salinas has been recognized by the National Civic League. At an award ceremony in Denver, Salinas was named an All-America City. The National Civic League recognizes cities or towns that help residents engage in solving challenges in their city. Salinas was one of ten cities in the country that received the award. Luigi Manzo of Salinas was also awarded the National Youth Award during the ceremony. (M.K.)
