(Updated at 07:20) – A Salinas man has been arrested in connection with a recent series of armed robberies. 39-year-old Kelly Grimm is suspected of robbing at least seven businesses, including Factory 2-U, Grocery Outlet, Subway and a number of other stores in neighboring counties. Grimm was found and arrested at his home on Cleveland Avenue. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.
(06:54) SALINAS – Salinas police have identified a man wanted in connection with a recent series of armed robberies. 39-year-old Kelly Grimm is suspected of robbing four businesses, including Factory 2-U, Party City, and Grocery Outlet. Most recently, Grimm allegedly entered the Subway on Harden Ranch Plaza, held employees at gunpoint, and demanded money. He then left with an undisclosed amount of cash. Grimm is still at large and should be considered armed and dangerous. (S.G.)
