(07:25) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – The Santa Cruz County Elections Office is urging voters who submitted an unsigned mail ballot to ensure their vote counts. By 5 p.m. Wednesday, anyone who dropped off an unsigned mail ballot must sign their ballot or complete a statement affirming that he or she submitted a mail ballot and has not voted more than once.
