(07:47) SACRAMENTO – California lawmakers are considering legislation that would eliminate Daylight Saving Time. AB 385 was introduced in response to health complaints and research disproving the energy-saving benefits of the time change. This week, the bill passed the Senate Energy, Utilities and Communications Committee. If the bill is ultimately signed by Governor Brown, residents will vote on whether or not the measure should become law. Currently, Arizona and Hawaii are the only states who have eliminated Daylight Saving Time. (S.G.)
