(09:25) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Two Santa Cruz County medical organizations have been recognized for superior coordinated care. Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Physicians Medical Group of Santa Cruz County were awarded “Elite” status in an annual survey conducted by CAPG, a national association of physicians. Both organizations were recognized for care management, health information technology, accountability and patient-centered care. (S.G.)
