(13:00) PACIFIC GROVE – The Pacific Grove Police Department will be participating in this year’s special olympics torch run. The run will go through Pacific Grove tomorrow around 1 p.m. Officers will run from the station to the Aquarium. The law enforcement torch run began in 1981, now Officers from all 50 states participate in the program. (M.K.)
