(07:49) LOS GATOS – The owners of a nudist colony in Los Gatos have been charged for conspiring to take water from a creek outside their property. Officials allege Lupin Lodge co-owners 77-year-old Glyn Stout and 53-year-old Lori Kay Stout illegally diverted water from Hendry’s Creek to replenish the colony’s supply. Investigators found multiple water lines installed in the waterway, all leading to Lupin Lodge. The Stouts will be arraigned on July 13th and, if convicted, face up to three years in jail. Two of the colony’s employees, 49-year-old John Berryessa and 38-year-old Michael Buckland, have also been charged. (S.G.)
