(19:42) SALINAS – Some Salinas neighbors are fighting a 4 million dollar housing project that is slated to be built in their neighborhood. The North Salinas neighborhood of Creekbridge already has some serious traffic issues, and if the proposed new 48-unit apartment complex on Consitution Boulevard is built, Creekbridge residents are concerned it will get even worse. They plan to appeal the planned development at the next Salinas City Council Meeting.
