(18:51) SANTA CRUZ – A cyclist and his dog have been remembered by the creation (and dedication) of a local dog park. Ozzi dog park is located next to the skatepark in Capitola. Ozzi was Josh Laven’s dog when Laven was hit and killed 4 years ago, while riding his bicycle near santa cruz. Ozzi stayed with Laven’s body until it was found. Laven’s 3 favorite pass-times were dogs, skateboarding and bicycling.
