(16:50) MONTEREY CO- The Monterey County Sheriff’s department arrested four people early Friday morning. Deputies acting on a reported panga boat coming ashore about 2 a.m. in the Big Sur area stopped a van near the 18 mile marker of Highway 1. The van was full of marijuana and the suspects were booked into county jail.
