(16:44) SANTA CRUZ CO- Authorities have arrested two San Jose men for suspicion of commercial burglary and possession of stolen property. Early Monday morning two businesses in the Scotts Valley Area were broken into and burglarized. Investigators were able to obtain a suspect vehicle description and officers stopped the vehicle on Tuesday. A search of the car turned up evidence linked to the crimes and 34 year old William Scott and 37 year Enrique Osuna were booked into county jail.
