(06:57) SCOTTS VALLEY – A Los Gatos Mountains resident was arrested in Scotts Valley Thursday night for committing lewd acts in public. Police were dispatched to the Scotts Valley Square shopping center around 5 p.m., following a report of a man touching himself inappropriately. Officers found the man committing lewd conduct inside Kmart before following the suspect into the Dollar Tree. The man continued to touch himself inappropriately while looking at a female. Officers contacted the suspect, Ben Anthony Kinderski, and found he had two outstanding arrest warrants. Kinderski was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
