A Central Valley woman was arrested in Santa Cruz on vandalism charges. Police responded to West Cliff Drive near Cowells Beach to reports of a woman throwing a JUMP bike off of the cliff. At the scene witnesses corroborated the report and 24 year old Deandra Perez was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, vandalism and other charges and booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail.
