(17:44) PRUNEDALE- A serial rapist will not be paroled to Prunedale. 62 year old Lindsey Chaney Junior was to reside in a home on the 700 block of North El Camino Real, but on Thursday the property’s owner contacted Monterey County authorities and withdrew the residence as a housing option for Chaney. A July 14th community meeting on the matter has been cancelled.
