(19:04) SANTA CRUZ – Santa Cruz residents have done such a good job conserving water lately that the Santa Cruz City Water Department is reportedly losing revenue. Because of that, the water company is considering a water rate increase. The new increase would be separate from the 10 percent water rate hikes that city leaders have voted to have every July and October….for the next 4 years. (KSCO News)
