(10:42) SALINAS – A man was arrested in Salinas Tuesday morning on drug charges. CHP investigators served a search warrant at a home on the 200 block of Towt Street shortly after 8 a.m. Officers located 47-year-old Herman Maldonado inside the residence. Investigators discovered Maldonado was wanted for narcotics sales out of Santa Cruz. He was booked into county jail. The investigation is ongoing. (S.G.)
