(09:10) Scotts Valley – A water main broke at the child Care center in Scotts Valley today. When officers arrived on scene they found water pouring out of the Bethany Drive water booster pump station. Residents in the area of Bethany Drive at Tabor Way are currently without water. We will keep the public updated as more information becomes available.
